1 cup DOLE® Blueberries (freeze overnight)
1 medium size DOLE® Banana
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk or water
1 tablespoon smooth reduced-fat peanut butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup DOLE® raspberries
½ cup DOLE® strawberries, hulled and cut into quarters
1 teaspoon crushed mixed nuts
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, then pour into 2 breakfast bowls and top with raspberries, strawberries and crushed nuts.
