3 large DOLE® Bananas (very ripe speckled bananas)
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Slice bananas into coins and freeze until firm—about 1-3 hours or overnight.
Add all ingredients to food processor or strong blender. Pulse until combined and then blend until smooth, making sure sides are scraped 1-2 times to ensure ingredients are well combined and without lumps, approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
Enjoy right away as soft serve or store in freezer safe container for a “hard” ice cream.
