1 DOLE® Cauliflower, cut into 4x1 inch steaks
½ DOLE® Pineapple, peeled and cut into 4 even size rings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bag of DOLE® BBQ Slawesome!™ Kit
Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush each cauliflower steak with even amounts of olive oil, then sprinkle over the small packet of seasoning from the DOLE® BBQ Slawesome!™ Kit. Place the cauliflower steaks and pineapple rings onto the grill and cook for 5 minutes before carefully turning over each. Cook for another 5 minutes or until both the cauliflower and pineapple rings are charred and tender. Remove from the grill and keep warm.
Empty the DOLE® BBQ Slawesome!™ Kit into a large salad bowl. Pour over the dressing from the kit and toss to combine. Place the slaw onto a large platter and top with the grilled cauliflower and pineapple pieces. Serve immediately.
