Parr-fect Power-up Cup

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

5 medium tomatoes, quartered
1 beet, cut in wedges
5 DOLE® Celery stalks
4 DOLE® Carrots, trimmed with peel
1 medium cucumber with peel
4 DOLE® Green Onions, trimmed
½ red bell pepper, stemmed and seeded
1 lemon with peel
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon bottled horseradish sauce
Salt to taste

Directions

Press tomatoes through juicer and then add the beet, celery, carrots, cucumber, green onions, bell pepper, lemon and garlic. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Season with salt to taste.

Serve immediately or keep refrigerated in sealed jar until ready to serve.

Recipe Note: You may use a blender or food processor in place of juicer; add 1-1/2 cups water before blending vegetables.
