Pineapple Frozen Fireworks

Prep: 10 minutes (freeze for 4 hours)

Makes: 13 pops in 1/3 cup molds


2 cups DOLE® Pineapple, peeled and cut into cubes
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
8 ounces of silken tofu
½ cup honey
1 lime, juiced


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze until solid, then serve.

Recipe Note: This recipe can also be made with DOLE® strawberries or DOLE® raspberries.
