½ cup raw pecans
2 DOLE® Bananas, peeled and sliced
1 cup DOLE® Raspberries
1 cup DOLE® Strawberries, hulled and cut into quarters
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toast the pecans in a frying pan on the stove top and cook for 5-8 minutes or until crisp and aromatic. Remove from the stove and allow to cool. Then crush to breadcrumb texture.
Place the remaining ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into six glasses and sprinkle over the crushed pecans. Serve.
