Snack-Snack Attack

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter
4 slices whole wheat bread or seeded bread, toasted
1 medium DOLE® Banana, peeled and sliced
½ cup DOLE® Blueberries
½ cup DOLE® Pineapple, peeled and cut into cubes
¼ cup crispy brown rice cereal
(Optional toppings: toasted coconut or toasted sesame seeds)

Directions

Place the tahini, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir to combine.

Spread the peanut butter on the toasts and top with the sliced bananas, blueberries and pineapple.

Drizzle with the tahini mixture and sprinkle with crispy brown rice cereal. Serve immediately.
