Summer Super Slaw

Ingredients

1 cup cooked bulgur
1pkt DOLE® Classic Slaw
4 cups red or yellow cherry tomatoes cut into halves 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Toss bulgur, DOLE® Classic Slaw, tomatoes, mint, parsley, oil, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes in a large salad bowl to combine and serve. Season to taste with salt and pepper if needed.

Can be served with cooked chicken as an option.
