Hiding your kids’ daily fruit servings in a refreshing smoothie is an easy way to pack nutrients into a treat they already love. Freeze these smoothie blends in an ice pop tray for a delicious, nutritious way to stay cool.

  1. Pour your homade smoothies into small plastic cups.
  2. Insert a popsicle stick vertically into each filled cup.
  3. Freeze until solid.
  4. Pop your frozen smoothies out of the plastic cups by pulling on the popsicle stick and enjoy!
